Oreo Mud Bars

Oreo Mud Bars

Oreo Mud Bars

Yesterday, I was craving a little sweet. Since I am a huge chocolate fan, I decided the dessert had to have chocolate. As I was going through my pantry, I found the ingredients for these mud bars and decided to make them. Since my kids were playing in the backyard, it was the perfect dessert to whip up quickly, so I could go out there with them. Literally, this is probably one of the easiest, tastiest desserts! It was a great treat after the warm day yesterday!!

1 package Oreos
1/4 cup butter, melted
2 cups mini-marshmallows
1 1/2 cups semi-sweet chocolate chips
1 1/2 cups peanut butter chips
1 can (14 oz) sweetened condensed milk

Add oreos to a food processor and pulse until completely crumbled. Add in melted butter and pulse until thoroughly mixed. Press oreo mixture into the bottom of a greased 9×13 baking pan. Sprinkle marshmallows, chocolate chips, and peanut butter chips evenly on top of oreo mixture. Pour condensed milk evenly over chocolate/marshmallows. Place pan into a preheated oven (350) and bake for 25-30 minutes. Allow to cool completely before cutting into bars!
