It’s not who you are . . .

It’s not who you are that holds you back, it’s who you think you’re not.
– motivational picture on the web.

Most of the time we are the reason we stop pursuing our dreams. Whether it is “I’m not any good at this” or “I’m too lazy to do this” or “I’m too old to do this” or “I’m too young to do this” (Do you get my point?) Matthew Kelly in his CD “The Best Way to Live” says that “Most people spend the first half of their life saying they are to young to do someting and the next half saying they are too old to do something”. This is so true. Do not let your fears, insecurities, etc., hold you back from being who you truly are.

For those of you interested in Matthew Kelly’s “The Best Way to Live”, you can find it here. It is free, plus shipping.

If you aren’t Catholic, you may still enjoy the CD as this is not a “religous talk”. It is a motivational talk, and religous doctrine is not discussed.
